The Performance Breakdown
Eastern Cape (Natural Home): This is its native habitat, stretching from Gqeberha northwards. It thrives in the humidity and summer rainfall, growing rapidly (up to 1m per year).

Wind & Salt Resistance: It is exceptionally "wind hardy" and handles salt-laden coastal winds with ease, making it a better frontline choice than Henkel’s Yellowwood for beachfront properties.
The "Instant" Hedge: Because it is fast-growing and responds well to heavy pruning, you can clip it into a thick, tall hedge for privacy.

The "Warnings" (Read Before Planting)
