Pro-Tips for "Cast Iron" Success
Keep it Out of the Sun: Paradoxically, direct sunlight is the only thing that truly hurts this plant. It will bleach and burn the leaves. Keep it in indirect light or full shade.
Less is More: Overwatering is the quickest way to kill an Aspidistra. Only water when the soil feels dry to the touch—usually every 2 to 3 weeks in summer, and even less in winter.
